My Honest Bookroo Review:

Bookroo picture book club subscription box review

We were so excited when our box arrived. We opted for the Picture Book Club box, for ages 3-6. When we opened the box, we found two books neatly wrapped in bright, fun wrapping paper. On top of the wrapped books was the insert sharing details about the books included.

Unwrapping the books was exciting for my kids, they were excited to see what titles were included. Both of the books we received were high quality hardcover books with dust jackets.

I enjoyed that both books included in the box were new to me and my children. It was fun for us to read titles that we had never heard of before. Our family really enjoyed reading both books. I don’t think we would have discovered them on our own.

We were very happy with the shipping speed, the wrapping, and the quality of the books we received. We enjoyed the novel experience of receiving books that were a surprise to everyone in the family, and getting to read titles we may not have picked out on our own.

Using Bookroo in the Classroom:

Bookroo is not the cheapest way to grow your classroom library, of course you can find books cheaper at used bookstores. However, if you are looking for a fun experience for you and your class to look forward to each month, receiving a Bookroo box can be a fun reward. You could even let your students earn the opportunity to unwrap a Bookroo book as a whole class reward for classroom management.
