Catch the Coins Free St. Patrick's Day Addition Center Game

This free St. Patrick's Day themed partner game will help your students practice addition fact fluency and comparing numbers.

In pairs, students will place all of the gold coins face down. Each player draws one coins and solves the addition problem on their coin. The players then compare the sums of their coins. The player with the highest sum gets to keep both coins and place them in their pot of gold. At the end of the game, the player with the most coins wins.

This is a quick game that will give your students practice with addition fact fluency as well as comparing numbers. It's perfect for fast finishers or as part of a march math center.
